Move keyboard focus between the sidebars, top bar, and bottom bar. I can hear that the game is still running but the picture freezes and I must restart the game. I have tried loading my world in Multiplayer as some have said After Alt Tabbing out and into the game, the game continues to run, but the screen doesn't update anymore. Switching alt+tab froze the game but the music was still playing.
as stated in the title, I'm having issues when alt+tab to genie scout 19g from game. Your best option to prevent this is to set Windowed to true, then set the window size to match your monitor. Remove the auto pause on alt tab? - A Question for Sonic Adventure 2. It's not in the alt+tab 'lineup' and not in the taskbar. if I go to Task Manager the game process is still running but I have no way of getting back to it. with that in place, saved, and the LotRO client launched anew, you should be able to alt-tab, switch between fulscreen and windowed mode, change video settings, and otherwise do everything normally. However Testing Arma3, seems that now the game locks up and the video freezes the system doesn't it seems like the video drivers are now. There are lots of bugs in Bethesda games when alt-tabbing. I don't see any way to do this on the settings so if anyone has any idea please share. When I return to the game I can hear sounds but the vision keeps freezing. 
When I am running a fullscreen game such as counter-strike or left 4 dead and I minimize by either Alt-Tabbing or hitting the windows key, it partially shows my desktop (most of it is blacked out except for the taskbar and sometimes another fragment of the desktop) and it freezes there. It is really frustrating especially in multiplayer because when things pop up on my screen in the background in front of TW:W, I have to alt-tab back When returning to the game, the truck is crashed in the ditch. In FIFA 19, whenever I alt-tab or switch to new window (no matter playing windowed, full screen or borderless) my game pauses. The game itself is still running in the background (when you press esc you can hear the sound of it and the sound of clicking and moving). So if you had pressed Alt+F4 while playing a game, the game window would have closed.
